As a resident assistant, I develop an inclusive community within the University's Residence Halls with up to 30 other residents, maximizing growth and positive interactions. I am both a mentor and friend to my residents, and I mediate and provide conflict resolution for my floor when needed. I also organize over 30 events a year, for resident education and interaction. I also work the front desk for Residence Life and Housing, providing assistance & mail distribution for residents.
As a conferencing assistant, I would clean and set rooms throughout the University's Residence Halls for incoming conferencing clients from all over the nation. I worked the front desk for customer relations, providing service to clients by answering questions and fulfilling requests. The Conferencing Assistant position was in a very fast-paced environment which required a team of 10+ individuals to ensure housing facilities were prepared for clients.
I am currently a full time student at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs studying Computer Science. I have an expected graduation date of May 2020.
CupboardChef is a Ruby on Rails web application developed using the Model, View, Controller pattern. Users can search & view other user's saved recipes within the database or from allrecipes.com. They can then save them to their own weekly planner to organize meals for any given week. When logged in, users can then add & edit their own recipes to the website for others to view and save. It was developed by myself and 4 other students at UCCS.

The game generates a map with randomly placed items and enemies, with the main objective of the game to find and defeat the final boss. The game takes user input to control the character, use items, and fight enemies.

I've lived in Colorado all my life, growing up in Aurora with my parents and 3 dogs. I most enjoy
spending time playing video games, listening to music (Hip Hop is my favorite genre), and painting/
drawing. I also enjoy hanging out with my friends, hiking, and running.
A big hobby of mine is collecting sneakers; I have over 20 pairs of sneakers that I've been
collecting over the past 2 years, and I enjoy watching my collection grow. My favorite sneaker
of all time is the Triple Black Yeezy 750, and my favorite sneaker silhouette is the Air Jordan 1.
